About the Department
Department of Computer Science and Application had started its journey in 1992 with B.Sc. Computer Science and Computer Science as an Elective subject at BA level. In 1995 we introduced Diploma in Business Statistics and Computer Applications (DBSCA) a post-graduate level diploma course. In the same year University Grant Commission had sanctioned grant of Rs 15 lac for five years for professional subject Computer Application as an Elective Subject at graduation level. It also started Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) in 2001 and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science in 2012. Department of Computer Science is equipped with latest configuration computer systems. Department of Computer Science imparted quality education to more than 6000 students and they are serving in INDIA as well as abroad like Australia, CANADA, America, Newzealand, UK.
